Occupancy that derives itself

Vacant, partly let or fully let – the status comes from the active tenancies and their date windows, not from a list you keep updating.

Shared flats are covered too: several tenancies per unit, and terminated-but-still-occupied correctly counts as let until the last day is reached.

Lease draft from the application

Accept an application and a tenancy draft is created automatically – with main tenant, co-tenants and guarantor carried over from the application file.

You review, add the start date and base rent, and activate. Children and household members are deliberately never added as a contract party.
