Question 1

What is WOHNO?

Accepted Answer

WOHNO is a real-estate marketplace for properties to rent and to buy that brings seekers and providers together through matching — instead of blind mass applications. Seekers maintain a profile and a digital application folder; providers list properties and receive structured, comparable applications.

Question 2

Who is WOHNO for?

Accepted Answer

For anyone looking to rent or buy an apartment, a house or another property who wants to apply in a targeted way without being ghosted, and for providers such as landlords, sellers, property managers and agents who want to find suitable tenants or buyers efficiently.

Question 3

How does matching work?

Accepted Answer

WOHNO compares a seeker's profile with a listing's criteria and sums up the fit in the WOHNO Score. Seekers see matching listings, providers see pre-qualified applications — the decision always stays with the provider.

Question 4

Is there an introduction or a walkthrough of the dashboard?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the top right of the dashboard you'll find the compass button. Depending on the page, it starts a short, interactive tour of the key features — for example for your listings, the applicant view, or appointment management. A small dot on the button shows when there's a new tour for the current page. Tours are entirely optional and can be stopped at any time.

Question 5

Is WOHNO free for seekers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Account, profile, application folder and applications are available on the free plan. Paid plans such as Plus and Premium offer higher limits and more features — see /preise for details.

Question 6

What does a provider see of my application folder?

Accepted Answer

Providers see your prepared profile and verified badges such as “identity verified” or “income verified”. Your original documents stay with WOHNO and are only released with your active consent.

Question 7

What are search profiles and the WOHNO Score?

Accepted Answer

With a search profile you define city, budget, number of rooms and other criteria and receive matching results. The WOHNO Score shows you and the provider how well your profile fits a listing.

Question 8

Can I change my profile later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Profile updates and newly uploaded documents extend or replace your existing folder — you don't have to assemble everything again for each application.

Question 9

What does WOHNO cost for providers?

Accepted Answer

Getting started is free: a free account currently lets you publish unlimited listings as part of the launch campaign, after that €29 plus VAT per additional listing. For team seats and pro features like advanced analytics, applicant export or discreet marketing there is the Pro plan; API and webhooks come with the integrations add-on – Enterprise for custom requirements. There is no paid ranking — applications are sorted by fit, not by budget. Current prices are at /preise.

Question 10

How do I review and decide on applications?

Accepted Answer

Applications arrive in your dashboard for the relevant property. You see structured profiles, verified checks and the WOHNO Score for orientation. You make the selection yourself — the score never accepts or rejects.

Question 11

How do viewing appointments work?

Accepted Answer

In the listing wizard you define time windows and duration, which turn into bookable slots. Status, participants and reminders are managed in the appointments area — no email ping-pong.

Question 12

What is the WOHNO Score?

Accepted Answer

The score sums up the fit between seeker and listing across five signals: income, creditworthiness, profile, reference and household. It is an orientation aid, not an automatic acceptance or rejection.

Question 13

What is free on WOHNO?

Accepted Answer

For seekers: account, profile, application folder and applications on the free plan. For providers: listing is unlimited and free right now – launch campaign; 1 active listing stays free for good, after that every additional parallel active listing needs a one-time listing pass. For team seats and pro features there is Pro, for API & webhooks the integrations add-on, and Enterprise for custom requirements. Current prices are at /preise.

Question 14

When is Plus or Premium worth it?

Accepted Answer

An upgrade is worth it when you need more active applications, additional search profiles, profile feedback or an extended matching explanation. You can switch or cancel at any time — the terms are in your plan's terms and conditions.

Question 15

Where is my data stored and who has access?

Accepted Answer

Your data and documents are stored and processed exclusively at WOHNO. No provider gets access to your original documents — only to released, verified signals.

Question 16

Can I delete my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can fully delete your profile and all associated data at any time. Details on processing are in the privacy policy.
