Is there an introduction or a walkthrough of the dashboard?

Yes. In the top right of the dashboard you'll find the compass button. Depending on the page, it starts a short, interactive tour of the key features — for example for your listings, the applicant view, or appointment management. A small dot on the button shows when there's a new tour for the current page. Tours are entirely optional and can be stopped at any time.

Providers see your prepared profile and verified badges such as “identity verified” or “income verified”. Your original documents stay with WOHNO and are only released with your active consent.

With a search profile you define city, budget, number of rooms and other criteria and receive matching results. The WOHNO Score shows you and the provider how well your profile fits a listing.

Yes. Profile updates and newly uploaded documents extend or replace your existing folder — you don't have to assemble everything again for each application.

Getting started is free: a free account lets you publish one active listing. For several simultaneously active listings, a team and pro features like advanced analytics, applicant export or API access, there are the paid provider plans Starter, Professional and Business — as well as Enterprise for individual requirements. Applications arrive in your dashboard for the relevant property. You see structured profiles, verified checks and the WOHNO Score for orientation. You make the selection yourself — the score never accepts or rejects.
