What is the WOHNO Score?
The WOHNO Score is a metric that reflects the fit between your tenant profile and a property – or between a listing and an applicant from the landlord's perspective.
Which Factors Are Considered?
Our matching considers various criteria:
From Your Side (Tenant)
- Desired location and size
- Budget and additional costs
- Move-in date
- Special requirements (pets, accessibility)
From the Property Side
- Actual location, size, and amenities
- Rent and additional costs
- Availability
- Landlord criteria (e.g., profession, income)
How is the Score Calculated?
The more your information matches the property data, the higher the score. We weight some factors more heavily – such as budget or move-in date.

- For tenants: You see immediately which properties realistically fit you
- For landlords: You receive applicants sorted by fit
